Power Pine News!

Loss in the Canton Classic A 36-6 loss to the Ohio Broncos has set us a serious tone moving into the regular season. Although 0-1 your power pines are still 0-0 in league play. Next up is a road game against the Rochester Chargers may 31st. An early week 1 match up that will shape the season for both teams.
Open Outdoor Practices We will begins our outdoor practices tuesday April 1st. We will be on the grass fields at Sweet Home High School at 6:00pm. We will then continue practicing every tuesday and thursday at 6pm. These practices are open to anyone who is looking to join the team.
We enter the NFA As the team moves forward with the 2025 season we have decided it is in the best intrest of our organization to pursue playing in the Northeastern football alliance (NFA). We thank the GDFL for the guidance and support it has provided to us. As a new organization we understand that the proper league can propell us to our ultimate goals. We believe that the NFA provides us with the environment and structure needed to become one of the top teams in the area. We are excited for the opportunities that are ahead.
Team photographer We would like to introduce our photographer for 2025. Brody Stutz who started bstutzmedia has joined our team! Brody is a local member of the communiuty who currently attends North Tonawanda High school.
Coaching Staff moves! We would like to introduce Rich Brodnicki as the Power Pines new head coach. Coach Brodnicki has decandes of experience with Canisius High School before joining the semi pro ranks. Coach will also serve as the teams offensive playcaller. Coach Brodnicki is bringing in assistiants as well. with Adam Brodnicki at defensive coordinator, Andrew Mulvihill as an assistiant and Derek Hendler as a coaching interm.
Introducing new managment! We are glad to announce that we have added to our staff. Please Welcome team VP and merchandise manager Dylan Perry. Dylan has experiance as VP of the Hamburg Hornets before stepping away in 2018 for other work. He also runs Dylans Decals. You can visit his social pages on our sponsorship tab! We would also like to introduce Nick Gregori and Jake Dewolf, who will help manage public relations.
